Аннотация
Kirish: Semizlik bu organizmning turli a’zolar tizimiga salbiy ta’sir oʻtkazuvchi
kasallik boʻlib, yurak ishemik kasalligi, dislipidemiya, qandli diabet, gipertenziya, oʻt
pufagi kasalligi, boʻgʻimlarning degenerativ kasalliklari, obstruktiv uyqudagi apnoe
kabi havfli sindromlarga olib keladi. Shu bilan birgalikda semizlik ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy
va ruhiy buzilishlarga olib keladi [8,12].
